CloudLine Infrastructure

CloudLine is deployed in Moscow and St. Petersburg on the basis of Tier III data centers.

Moscow: OST and NORD data centers. The distance between the data centers is 33 km.

St. Petersburg: Selectel data center.

How we provide cloud resilience
VMware High Availability (HA)

Immediately tracks cluster hardware failures. If one of the cluster servers fails, HA restarts the virtual machines on the other servers within the cluster. It enables to minimize VM downtime when a server fails.

All elements redundancy

Network equipment, SAN, server and DSS connectivity are duplicated in all virtualization clusters.

Tier III data centers according to Uptime Institute standard

CloudLine has a reliable physical base - data centers with guaranteed and uninterruptible power supply system, a reserved network infrastructure.

Do you need disaster-proof cloud based on two data-centers? Try CloudLine Metrocluster.

How we protect data in CloudLine
Isolated resources

The resources of each client are isolated with VLAN at the network level and with VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding) at the routing level.

Network Security

VMware vShield Edge protects the perimeter of each client's virtual data center. With the help of it you can create rules for Firewall and organize VPN tunnels with encrypted traffic.

Separate management and data communication channels

Control channels are isolated from communication channels at network equipment and VLAN level.

Access restriction

Administrators manage the cloud via Cisco ASAv firewall with strict access policies.

Do you need a dedicated virtual infrastructure, built under the requirements of Russian Federal Law №-152? Try Cloud-152.

CloudLine ways of connection

Via Internet

Via NAT service or dedicated IP address subnet.

Direct access

Jumping and port to CloudLine. For those who already have their own network equipment in our data centers.

Access via VPN

(GRE VPN, GRE IPSec VPN, IPSec VPN, Cisco Easy VPN, DMVPN, SSL VPN, OpenVPN). Access to CloudLine cloud resources via tunnel from your local network.

SLA - your personal quality control

For all CloudLine clients, we provide a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key indicators, we are financially liable for, are listed below:

99.982% service availability

8 minutes maximum downtime per month

MIPS / 1 vCPU ≥ 2800processor speed

2000 IOPS / 1 TB SSD guaranteed SSD-disk system performance

≤ 3 ms average access time to SSD-disk

10 minutes service desk response time

You may test our service free or charge during two weeks. Fill in the form and write down the required resouce pool. Our manager will go back to you to discuss the details.

Choose the required pool of virtual resources, and we will make the quotation for you.
