How does the service work?

- We use shared monitoring server or a virtual server allocated for customer
- For monitoring we use such tools as Nagios, InfluxDB, Grafana, Thruk
- We send notifications via validated channels
How do we provide cloud monitoring service:
On a shared server:
- We coordinate a list of hosts and metrics for monitoring, as well as criteria for alerts generation.
- On a shared server we configure the validated configuration for resource monitoring.
- We send automatic notifications about alerts via Email, SMS, Telegram and a phone call from an engineer.
- We distribute regular reports on alerts, diagrams with historical metric values (additional option).
On an allocated server with personal console:
- We allocate a separate virtual machine for resource monitoring.
- We coordinate a list of hosts and metrics for monitoring, as well as criteria for alerts generation.
- On an allocated virtual server we configure the validated configuration for resource monitoring.
- We provide access to monitoring console for the customer.
- We send automatic notifications about alerts via Email, SMS, Telegram.
- We distribute regular reports on alerts, diagrams with historical metric values (additional option).
