How does the service work?
- Alert generation criteria and notification parameters are set for each metric on each monitoring object.
- You can order monitoring of external services, hosted both at DataLine infrastructure and at proprietary site.
- Services for monitoring of external perimeter are located at the external site in Europe (Amsterdam) and at DataLine sites: in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Udomlya.
What do we do as part of the service:
- Coordinate list of objects and monitoring parameters according to the submitted request form.
- Select points from where monitoring shall be executed.
- Configure collection of metrics, criteria for alert generation, as well as notifications parameters.
- Implement regular report distribution
- Provide technical support and help with monitoring configuration.
