Azure Pack management portal options
  • Creation of virtual machines with up to 24 cores and 256 GB RAM;
  • Ready-made templates of virtual machines with preinstalled system and platform software;
  • Creation of internal and routed networks;
  • Integration of a virtual network in DataLine data center with your local network by Site-to-Site VPN tunnel via Internet or dedicated channel from communication providers.

How Cloud-V resilience is provided

Failover Clustering high availability services

Roles within the cluster duplicate each other, ensuring high availability of service management infrastructure. If one of the roles, or even a server with managing VM fails, the service continues to run.

The Network Load Balancing technology

Provides high availability of the management portal by balancing traffic between portal sites.

VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) network protocol

Provides routers failover. In case one of the routers fails, traffic transfers to another router with no need to reconfigure the IP gateway.

SLA - your personal quality control

For all "Hyper-V-based cloud computing" clients, we provide a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key parameters and indicators, we are financially liable for, are listed below:

99.95% guaranteed service availability

21.65 minutes maximum downtime per month

MIPS/1 vCPU ≥ 1700 processor speed

250 IOPS/500 GB SAS guaranteed disk system performance

≤ 20 ms average access time to SAS disk

≤ 10 minutes incident response time
