- All common OS installation from templates or uploaded ISO-images;
- Internal and routed networks with Internet access or connected to external physical equipment;
- Network service management via NSX edge - NAT, Firewall, VPN, DHCP, load balancer;
- Various types of disks connection (SATA, SAS, SSD);
- Access to the virtual machine console.
How we provide cloud resilience
Quickly tracks cluster hardware failures. If one of the cluster servers fails, HA restarts the virtual machines on the other servers within the cluster. It helps to minimize VM downtime when a server fails.
Network equipment, SAN, server and DSS connectivity are duplicated in all virtualization clusters.
CloudLine has a reliable physical base - data centers with guaranteed and uninterruptible power supply system, a reserved network infrastructure.
Do you need a disaster-proof cloud based on two data-centers? Try CloudLine Metrocluster.
How we protect data in CloudLine
Each clients' resources are isolated with VLAN at the network level and with VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding) at the routing level.
VMware vShield Edge protects the perimeter of each client's virtual data center. With the help of it you can create rules for Firewall and organize VPN tunnels with encrypted traffic.
Control channels are isolated from communication channels at network equipment and VLAN level.
Administrators manage the cloud via Cisco ASAv firewall with strict access policies.
Do you need a dedicated virtual infrastructure, built in compliance with the Russian Federal Law №-152? Try Cloud-152.
CloudLine connection methods
Via Internet
Via NAT service or dedicated IP address subnet.
Direct access
Jumpering and port to CloudLine. For those who already have their own network equipment in our data centers.
Access via VPN
Access to CloudLine cloud resources via tunnel from your local network. (IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, OpenVPN, etc).
SLA - your personal quality control
For all "VMware-based cloud computing" clients, we provide a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key parameters and indicators, we are financially liable for, are listed below:
99.982% guaranteed service availability
8 minutes maximum downtime per month
MIPS / 1 vCPU ≥ 2800processor speed
2000 IOPS / 1 TB SSD guaranteed SSD-disk system performance
≤ 3 ms average access time to SSD-disk
≤ 10 minutes incident response time
