Dataline LLC Personal Data Processing Policy

(issued in accordance with Art. 18.1 § 2 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of 27 July 2006)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for the personal data processing and measures to ensure the personal data security in order to protect the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family privacy.

1.2. The Personal Data Processing Policy is made in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of 27 July 2006.


2. PRINCIPLES AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

2.1. The personal data processing is carried out on the basis of the following principles:

─ law and justice;

─ restrictions on the personal data processing to the achievement of specific, predetermined and legitimate goals;

─ processing of only those personal data that meet the purposes of its processing;

─ the destruction or depersonalisation of personal data upon the achievement of the goals of their processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these goals, if it is impossible to eliminate the violations of personal data unless otherwise provided by the federal law.

2.2. The Company undertakes not to disclose to third parties and not to distribute personal data without the consent of the personal data subject.


3. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

3.1. The personal data subject makes the decision to provide their personal data freely, by their own will and for their own benefit.

3.2. The personal data subject has the right to obtain information relating to the processing of their personal data. The personal data subject has the right to request clarification of their personal data, its blocking or destruction.


4. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

4.1. The personal data security is ensured by the implementation of legal, organisational, technical and program measures that are necessary and sufficient to meet the requirements of the federal legislation in the field of personal data protection.


5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. Persons guilty of violating the rules governing the processing and protection of personal data shall bear material, disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal liability in the manner prescribed by the federal legislation.
