DataLine has received the status of Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Direct Partner

29 October 2020

DataLine, a part of Rostelecom - Data Processing Centers, has become a Direct partner of Microsoft.

The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program allows Direct partners to work directly with Microsoft, without distributors.

The CSP Direct Partner status confirms that the partner company meets all Microsoft requirements for providing cloud services. Such companies can combine their cloud solutions with leading Microsoft products and provide them to their partners and customers using a flexible financial model.

As a Direct partner, DataLine provides services based on Microsoft products with direct license sales and round-the-clock technical support. Partners and clients of the company have access to a virtual infrastructure based on Hyper-V with pre-installed system and platform software, Azure Pack management portal and guaranteed availability of 99.95%. DataLine also provides a VDI virtual desktop service based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies.

Getting CSP Direct Partner status is the first step to joining the Microsoft Qualified Multitenant Hoster (QMTH) program. At this stage, the company is able to provide customers with Windows virtual machines on its own multi-tenant hardware.

DataLine has been a Microsoft partner since 2012 and has been providing cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies since 2015.

Microsoft is a global leader in information technology, delivering a wide range of devices and services, software, and it services.
